What We Offer

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit is for everyone including our kids. At Tern we have a dedicated CrossFit Kids Program to help our youths grow up strong. We teach kids how to move well and give them a strong foundation to help them stay in shape and excel in other sports.

Our program is fun, engaging and scalable. We offer a junior varsity program for youths between the ages of 4-7 and a varsity program for kids between the ages of 8-12. Give your kids the foundation they need to excel in and out of the box.

Tern Weightlifting

Tern Weightlifting is powered by the experienced and Knowledgeable Keep Pulling Olympic Lifting team and headed by Patrick Costello, USA Weightlifting National Coach, Board Member of the Florida Weightlifting Federation and owner of Keep Pulling. Whether you are a beginner or looking to make your way to Toyko in 2020. Athletes will first be assessed and then paired with a specialized program which will help you effectively and efficiently progress as a Weightlifter.

Group Training

We offer smaller group classes led by our knowledgeable and supportive coaching staff. Our classes are small to keep our athletes safe and ensure they receive the attention they deserve. Our group classes are designed to accommodate varying fitness levels. Our purpose is to produce a fitness that is broad, general and inclusive. We aim to develop all facets of fitness, including strength, speed, agility, power, endurance, stamina, balance, coordination, accuracy and flexibility.
