We want to shed some light on the murky waters of nutrition to broaden your understanding of how your diet can effect your lifestyle and what you should be considering if you are serious about making a positive change.

Hosted by Tern’s Nutritional Coach and owner of Unchained potential Billy Glowacki. Billy work’s with Bodybuilder’s, CrossFitters, Weightlifters and other everyday people to help them achieve their goals.
Billy will be sharing his knowledge with you in a 1 hour free seminar. He will be covering a variety of topics regarding nutrition, including ‘the why, the what and the when’, ‘supplements do I need them?’ and myths regarding nutrition. Feel free to bring questions for Billy because afterwards we will be having a Q & A.
Good In, Good out will happen on a quarterly basis and in each discussion we will be chatting about different topics. As a special bonus Good In, Good Out will also be introducing you to Dr. Brett Berner as our guest speaker. Brett is a chiropractor and crossfitter who will be diving into creatine and its multiple uses.
