Tern CrossFit is excited to bring you our Six Week Fit Team Challenge it’s the perfect opportunity to loose some body fat and kick start that six pack you have been working on! Get lean and look good for the Memorial Day weekend. It’s also the perfect opportunity for your family member or friend to give CrossFit a try. Essentially, we our bringing the support we feel when we train in class into your kitchen. The Six Week Fit Team Challenge is the perfect opportunity to give your fitness a jump start in fun and motivating challenge.


How it Works:

  • Sign up before Monday, April 10th, we’ll pair you up with your teammate or you can be paired up with a teammate of your choosing. Members: Cost: $50/participant   Non-Members: $65/participant (includes CrossFit Classes) 
  • Sign up for a time slot for your weigh in and measurements to be taken
  • Loose as much body fat as you can in six weeks, the team with the most relative body fat lost, WINS!


Important Dates:

Saturday April 8th  11:30am – Good In Good Out: Our quarterly nutritional talk and Fit Team Challenge Introduction and Q&A.

Monday April 1oth – Deadline to sign up

Monday April 10th – Friday April 14th: Weigh-In week (sign up for a time slot at front desk)

Saturday April 22nd 11:30am– Nutrition Smart field trip, hosted by Billy

Monday, May 22nd – Friday, May 26nd: Weigh-In Week (sign up for a time slot at front desk)

Monday, May 26th – Friday, May 26nd: Winners announced!







Photo Challenge: Take a picture of you and/or your teammate training or eating healthy, tag you teammate, check-in at Tern, #TernFitChallenge and post it on your FB or Instagram feed. The most creative pic weeks a weekly mini prize. Winners will be announced each Friday during the challenge.
