Our Annual Six Week Team Fit Challenge is back and its better than ever! Last year we saw some pretty amazing fat-loss results and we can’t wait to get this next challenge going! If you have had issues staying motived through your fitness journey then this is the challenge you! We have designed this Challenge to keep you pumped and on the path to hitting your goals. You’ll also learn a lot about nutrition and training, which will serve you well long after the challenge is over. This is your opportunity look good and feel amazing.
HOW IT WORKS:
You and your partners mission is to lose as much relative body fat as possible over the course of the next Six Weeks. The Team Fit Challenge kicks off with a Nutritional Seminar put on by our partners at Unchained Potential and an individual initial assessment of each team. Each Thursday evening during the challenge we will announce one of the six Mini Challenges, to be completed by 8pm on the following Monday. Completing these mini challenges will help you accomplish your team’s goals and the winning team will reap some pretty fun (and possibly helpful) rewards. At the end of the Six Weeks we will crown Tern’s Fittest Team with some pretty amazing prizes!

$75 for members of Tern CrossFit
$150 for nonmembers (includes 3 Foundational CF classes and a CrossFit membership for the month of May)
